Ordering Information

We offer you several methods for ordering. You may e-mail us, fax your order, or call and speak to a "Real Person!" At this time, we are not offering online ordering. We care about you, our customer, and want to make certain that your credit card information is truly secure.  We understand that steps are being taken to make online ordering more secure. We look forward to offering you this convenience, when that process is completed.

If you prefer to fax your order, we have provided a Printable Form that includes the information we need to get your items processed and sent on their way to you as soon as possible. Print out the form, fill in the blanks, and fax it to 541-688-9072. You may also use the form as a reference when e-mailing or calling us.

Prices listed on this site are for specific items as described. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, or Money Order (U.S. funds only).

We normally ship via UPS Ground (street addresses only!). UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are available for an additional charge. Items addressed to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US Possessions and Territories, and Canada will be shipped Parcel Post. Please contact us to arrange for other shipping methods, not mentioned above, and for international shipping. Due to the large variation in weight of the many items we carry, shipping charges are based on actual cost plus a minimal handling fee.
